Salada de Palmito (Brazil)

Ingredients:

1 16 oz. tin Hearts of Palm, drained and cut into 2.5cm/1 inch pieces
½ head Romaine Lettuce, shredded
Croutons
Salt and Pepper
The juice of 1 Lemon
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1oz freshly grated Parmesan Cheese


Preparation:

1. Place all the ingredients in a large salad bowl and mix well. Serve immediately.
